As the Manager Strategy & Program Delivery, you will collaborate with our leaders to develop business strategies and deploy corporate initiatives across the market. The purpose of this role is to lead strategic projects for the market, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives and the resolution of emerging issues. The role involves coordinating a diverse range of stakeholders, assessing and disseminating market knowledge, and managing overall program delivery. The person will have an active role in different strategic cycles and providing inputs to the Leadership Team on prioritizing key strategic questions to solve for. Additionally, this role will contribute to developing market and competitor insights and scenario planning. The scope of the role means that this is a tremendous growth and development opportunity for the right candidate.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Owning the Strategy Cycle for market supporting strategy with focus on KSQs

  • Integrating strategic intelligence for the scope and critical decisions making

  • Translating strategy in OGSM, prioritizing and ensuring execution of top Market priorities

  • Controlling tower progress over project portfolio and MWB

  • Governing platforms to ensure effective resource management

  • Driving evaluation on local organic/inorganic opportunities

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • At least 8 years of meaningful experience doing strategy and analytical roles, ideally gained in the consumer products and/or electronic devices industries, or in strategy consulting environments

  • A strong understanding of strategy development toolkits (industry analytics, consumer insights, strategy development, etc)

  • An outstanding track record in leading strategic projects from conceptualization to delivery and results

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders and deliver engaging presentations

  • An achievement-focused attitude with the determination to excel and attain lofty targets.

  • The ability to think strategically and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
