We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of high-performance applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, coding, and deploying robust .NET applications.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

• Optimize application performance and maintain high code quality through code reviews and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.

• Ensure security, reliability, and efficiency in application development.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects where applicable.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
