We are seeking a highly skilled L1 VoIP Phone Engineer located in Metro Manila or in Pampanga to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in VoIP technologies and experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
As an L1 VoIP Phone Engineer, you will be responsible in addressing helpdesk tickets or phone calls, resolving phone related issues within the required SLA.
Work Setup:

Permanent work from home (all equipment will be provided)
Ability to work from 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (8:00 AM -5:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time)
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to clients experiencing VOIP phone system issues. Resolve basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Installation and Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of VOIP phone systems for new clients, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to industry standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to VOIP phone systems. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on VOIP systems, including software updates, patches, and system backups. Ensure system reliability and security.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of VOIP system configurations, procedures, and client-specific information.
Client Training: Train clients and end-users on basic VOIP system features and functionality to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, IT support, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of VOIP systems with other technologies.
Research and Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in VOIP and telecommunications. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent computer skills
Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent customer support skills and attitude
Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users or stakeholders
Experience with VoIP protocols and technologies
Prior help desk and/or technical support experience is a plus

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
