Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers and the Marketing Team to update marketing materials and create visually impactful designs that align with our company’s vision.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Provide support for the Head of Brand and Design to deliver impactful and successful creative for all campaigns and projects.

• Resizing of artwork to create channel-optimized, best-practice creative.

• Production of creative variations for continual testing and refinement.

• Updating digital course outlines, guides, and directories to ensure products are accurately represented and compliant with regulations.

• Ensure digital asset libraries are organized, ensuring accessibility and version control.

• Creation of Quarterly Calendars and certificates for students.

• Building, optimizing, and ongoing management of landing pages in Unbounce.

• Provide design resources when required to create personalized marketing materials to support client requirements.

• Design and develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key messages and data.

• Execute the design and assembly of marketing collateral to a high standard.

• Ensure consistency across all materials created and produced in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Support the Head of Brand and Design in all design-related projects.

Stakeholders:

• Internal: Marketing Department, Education Team, Sales, People and Culture, Campus Staff

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.

• Strong layout design, typography, and visual composition skills.

• Creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail with a solid understanding of color, form, and layout.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing individual tasks efficiently.

• Strong focus, adaptability, and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A Qualification in Graphic Design and/or 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.

• Experience working with HTML and Unbounce.

• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Asana.
