About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Frontend Engineer to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. In this role, you will contribute to building user-friendly and visually compelling web applications, working closely with designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while working on innovative products.

What you’ll do

• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).

• Develop and maintain reusable components and UI systems to enhance user experience.

• Optimize frontend performance and ensure accessibility best practices.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional applications.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and improve frontend-backend communication.

• Maintain a clean and efficient codebase using industry best practices.

What You Bring

• Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in React (or similar frameworks) and a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• JavaScript Experience: 1+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.

• Performance Optimization: Understanding of techniques for improving web performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).

• Version Control: Proficient in Git and familiar with agile development practices.

• Design Collaboration: Comfortable working with design tools such as Figma and implementing pixel-perfect UI components.

• Soft Skills : Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with demonstrated effectiveness in remote team environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, TailwindCSS, or Styled Components.

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

• Familiarity with Python and Rest APIs

• Previous startup experience or a proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
