Job Summary

A UI/UX Designer is responsible in creating engaging designs according to requirements. S/he should be highly creative and should have a sharp eye for details. It is his/her responsibility is to deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or information technology

• With at least 1-year experience as a UI/UX Designer or any similar role

• Demonstrable experience UI/UX design software such as but not limited to:

• ○ Adobe XD

• ○ Sketch

• ○ Figma

• Good knowledge of visual elements (e.g. layouts, types, fonts)

• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction

• Able to discuss and explain design options

• A keen eye for details

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
