Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to create intuitive user interfaces, and a passion for crafting seamless and enjoyable user experiences. The role requires a balance of design aesthetics with functionality and will involve working on web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user journey.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, focusing on creating cohesive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• UX Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behaviors to inform design decisions and improve usability.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and conduct usability testing.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to define project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

• User Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure an optimal user experience.

• Design Consistency: Ensure all user interface designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and overall design system.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies to improve design skills and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or freelance projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing.

• Ability to create responsive and mobile-first designs.

• Understanding of design systems, grids, typography, and color theory.

• Good communication skills to present and justify design decisions.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience working on both web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
