Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors.

• Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships

• Work closely with Temenos and the System Integration vendor to drive alignment between their outcomes and program objectives

• Identify and monitor risks and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution options

• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums

• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant courses

• At least 15 years relevant experience

• Experience in delivering large scale Core banking for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking

• Experience in Philippines market and with Transact implementations in similar roles a plus
