About the job

In your role as a developer, you are given a great opportunity: to develop the product further, both conceptually and technically. You will be responsible for your specific assigned tasks, but also be a key player in our close-knit, collaborative development team. You will help your colleagues and receive help from them. Your task completions will make a difference, and you will clearly see what you have accomplished in our releases.

Product Development Team

The Product Development team is in multiple locations, e.g., Malmö, Belarus, US, Philippines. We use a hybrid work-model were remote/in-office is selected based on task and possibilities.

inriver is a true multitenant SaaS product, and we are working with the latest technology and are constantly evaluating new possibilities. We are constantly improving our microservice architecture.

We work agile and are constantly improving our way of working to get the best out of everyone in the team. Our teams are small and focused, and each team has at least one senior developer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development, working with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and responsive web applications.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and best practices for code collaboration.

• Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development.

• Bonus: Exposure to C# and .NET for frontend-backend integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using Vue.js (or similar frontend frameworks).

• Work closely with backend developers, UX designers, and product teams to implement features and improve user experience.

• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and best practices.

• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues, collaborating with team members to identify and resolve problems.

• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
