We’re looking for an Influencer Acquisition Specialist to find, connect with, and onboard content creators and agencies in markets where we don’t have a physical presence. You’ll play a key role in expanding our influencer network, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Discovery & Outreach
Identify and recruit influencers, content creators, and micro-creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and any other digital platforms
Utilize hashtags, location filters, and engagement analytics to discover high-potential creators in target markets.
Scout for talent agencies or freelance campaign partners in target markets
Build relationships with talent agencies and freelance campaign partners.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies via DM, email, and social media to onboard creators and partners.
Manage cold outreach scripts and personalize messaging for better response rates.
2. Creator Database & Rate Negotiation
Maintain an up-to-date creator database
Gather key details: niche, follower count, engagement rate, rates per sponsored post, and audience demographics.
Negotiate fair and competitive rates with creators based on market benchmarks.
Ensure alignment between campaign needs and creator offerings.
3. Administrative & Research Support
Manage and organize contracts, agreements, and creator records to ensure database accuracy.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members and creators when required.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, influencer rates, and campaign performance in emerging regions.
Key Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator recruitment, or talent scouting.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer discovery techniques
Experience using hashtags, location filters, and engagement metrics to find creators.
Excellent communication and outreach skills (via DM, email, or social platforms).
Highly organized with experience in CRM tools, email sequencing, and database management.
Ability to negotiate creator rates and handle outreach professionally.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including database management, paperwork processing, and travel coordination.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience in an influencer agency, creator platform, or brand partnerships team
Familiarity with paid influencer campaigns and brand sponsorship structures.
Understanding of creator economies in SEA, LATAM, or emerging markets.
Ability to speak additional languages for outreach in non-English-speaking markets.
