Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager cum Office Manager (night shift) to oversee human resources functions and office management for our Philippines office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a mix of strong organizational skills, employee relations expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a supportive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Attendance Management: Monitor and record employee daily attendance. Resolve issues of tardiness, absences, work from home and leave requests from employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts. Mediate resolutions and provide guidance on workplace policies, performance, and conduct.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, identify training needs, and assist in the development of career advancement plans for employees.
Employee Engagement: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work culture.
HR Compliance: Ensure that HR practices comply with the Philippine labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain employee records and documentation as required.
Office Management:
Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, office equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Facilities Management: Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, security, and other facilities-related needs.
Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences within the office, ensuring seamless execution.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist in managing office-related budgets and work to reduce costs where possible without sacrificing quality or employee satisfaction.
Health and Safety: Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations, and promote employee wellbeing by maintaining a comfortable and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management and office administration, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
