About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee the human resources functions for two (2) bus companies. This role will primarily focus on employee discipline, records management, and general HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Manager will work with an existing HR team and report to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage and maintain 201 files and other employee records.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and procedures across both companies.
Provide guidance to the existing HR team and ensure smooth operations.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Address employee concerns and provide HR-related resolutions.
Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee discipline and general HR functions.
Experience handling multiple business units or companies is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an existing HR team.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
