HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for payroll preparation, checking & approval of timekeeping.
· Responsible for checking of Agency Billing.
· Submit Billing to Finance & Assure payment.
· Preparation and submission of Back Office Master List to Head Quarters.
· Responsible for turnover analyst report
· Source/Recruit potential candidates from various online channels, partner agencies, employee referrals etc.,
· Assist in maintaining the completeness & accuracy of employees 201 files.
· Responsible for the company events including monthly gatherings, sports fest, budgeting, preparation & planning.
· Monitoring of Payment for utility bills, payment, due dates, finance payment status and processes.
· Responsible for purchased order of cleaning materials and maintain the cleanliness of the office.
· Monitoring of company assets with the collaboration of finance department.
· Performs other functions as may be assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Admin or any equivalent.
· With 1 year working experience in the related field.
· Knowledgeable on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
· Proficient in speaking English. Excellent in written and verbal communication.
· Applicant willing to work in Valero, Makati Head Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
