Job Summary

• Responsible for managing an effective credit review system that provides and independent evaluation of credit proposals by validating financial statements and generating risk rating of individual borrowers. Review the credit management reports needed by BSP and other external parties in their evaluation of the bank’s credit management controls.
  
  

How will you contribute?

• Evaluate and assess the quality of the loan portfolio through timely and effective review of accounts.

• Ensure availability of individual credit risk rating of all accounts

• Review validation of cash flow projection for project financing and for term loan proposal through review of cash flow projections and sensitivity analysis

• Prepares and interprets Risk Oversight Committee materials which include Ratings Migration Report

• Screens the Credit Application of accounts that require committee-level approval through the identification of risk areas, proper packaging, and compliance with policies bulletins and regulatory requirements

• Supervises the performance of the department through appropriate decisidecisionson and timely resolutions of issues and problems
  
  

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Economics, Accounting, Management or Business Administration

• Working knowledge in account management or credit review

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or review and in a supervisory role
