LeTS Shared Services is looking for a BigFix Engineer for our customer who needs the following REMOTE/ work at home Position:

JOB DEFINITION (2025)

The BigFix Administrator for Windows 11 upgrade will be working with the customer to ensure the smooth transition from Windows 10 desktops and servers to Windows 11.

This role will include creating software packages and rolling them out using the HCL BigFix Software.

This is a Full Time, Project Based , fully Work From Home (WFH) position. Hours are from 09AM to 5PM Eastern US Time. (09PM to 5AM Philippine Time).

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Work with the BigFix Software and primarily gain a clear understanding of the customer BigFix architecture.

2) Create Windows Packages . The successful candidate must be an expert on the Windows OS and its applications.

3) Work on Dev environments to test roll-outs.

4) Work with other HCL BigFix Technicians.

5) Document each and every step including screen shots in the windows upgrade exercise.

6) Collaborate with team members and report to the technical supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Work Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years administrating HCL BigFix Software

· Must know windows operating systems very well.

· Must know how to work on VMware or AWS cloud environments.

· Must have experience with deadline driven projects.

· Meticulous Attention to detail.

· Must be courteous, polite and customer service driven.

· Must be willing to work long hours

· Must be willing to learn about Customer Centricity as well and grow with the organization
