Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of client brands, brand guidelines, and business needs, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual designs. This role involves maintaining excellent service standards, producing innovative designs, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, including their guidelines and business objectives, to create high-quality visual designs that meet client expectations.

• Creative Design: Produce consistent and innovative visual responses to design briefs, pushing creative boundaries and translating ideas into compelling visuals.

• Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, ensuring that all design projects are delivered on brief, on time, and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Artwork Delivery: Serve as the key design contact, ensuring that all artwork files are delivered as required and on time, and meet the highest quality standards.

• Independent Work: Handle a variety of design tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently.

• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both visually and in team interactions, and go the extra mile to ensure the best possible execution of designs.

• Feedback and Guidance: Follow instructions and feedback from designated mentors and managers to refine and enhance creative outputs.

• Team Engagement: Participate in regular team production meetings and be available for ad hoc meetings and briefs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is required

• Must have expertise in packaging design

• Strong print and typesetting skills

• Highly proficient with CC Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• Proficient creative skills in design and conceptualization- the ability to follow a brief and provide rationales and present your ideas

• Knowledge and experience with social media marketing channels as well as website and e-commerce platforms

• Demonstrated skills in Animation, Motion Graphics, Illustration, Video editing, Print, and UI

• A portfolio showcasing your creative designs is required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible, able to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced and changing environment

• The candidate will be responsible for designing website assets, print material, point of sale, social media videos, etc for clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
