Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling, social media strategy, and customer engagement? Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and supporting aspiring professional engineers on their licensing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be divided into three main areas:
1. Visual Design (30%)
Create compelling visuals for digital platforms, including website elements, social media posts, promotional materials, and branding assets.
Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphics that align with our brand identity using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various media formats.
2. Social Media Planning (30%)
Collaborate with the owner to strategize and schedule social media posts for the upcoming week.
Repurpose course content into visually engaging graphics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement.
3. Customer Service (40%)
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or text.
Provide guidance on navigating our online courses and memberships.
Assist users with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts or course access.
Requirements Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity across digital platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
Some experience in social media planning and strategy is a plus.
Strong communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
Ability to multitask across design projects, social media planning, and customer support while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
Understanding of basic HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
