What you'll do:

As a Google Media Specialist, you will drive the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across various Google platforms for our clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving campaign performance, executing the technical aspects of Google Media campaigns, reporting on performance, and delivering recommendations to our Digital Managers.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Campaign Strategy and Planning

• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends

• Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth

• Campaign Execution and Optimisation

• Create and launch Google Ads campaigns across Googles range of networks

• Implement advanced targeting and bidding strategies to maximise campaign performance

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimise key metrics

• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues including declines in traffic or keyword rankings

• Client Management and Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications regarding campaign performance and strategy

• Provide regular updates, performance reports, and insights to demonstrate value and ROI

• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and expanding client relationships

• Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

• Ask why? - is the strategy working for the client? Is performance increasing? Should we be prioritising other focuses? Why is something working well? Not well?

• Communicate the technical and complex in a way that your Mum can understand this includes performance analysis and metrics

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Copy, Design, Social and SEO to ensure cohesive approaches to client performance.

• Share best practices, industry insights, and platform updates to drive continuous learning and innovation

Successful candidates should have:

• New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Familiarity using Google Media tools including but not limited to audit tools, Google Ads platforms including Google Ads Editor, Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Keyword Planner is a plus.

• Exposure in creating, understanding, and communicating complex reporting and Insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - can take the technical and make it simple.

• Idea across other digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Google Tag Manager, GA4) is a plus

• Willingness for a work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)

• Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement - 2days office - 3 days WFH

• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
