Technology Solutions and Digital Products Specialist (Business Analyst)
Pasig City, Pasig, Philippines (Hybrid) JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible to deliver the company's commitment to key customers, in meeting day to day operations requirements of the customers. The position is to ensure documentation requirements of the customers are complied in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Job Purpose
This role includes two key functions - technology solutions and service delivery.
- Assist with the product development in the appointed
region to enable the realization of Commercial and Operations growth strategiesand objectives. Proactively involved in the product lifecycle - creation, building,identifying gaps through products evaluations, performance and market researchetc. and ensure products developed are fit for purpose. Work closely withvarious stakeholders on requirements and needs gathering and gather andanalyze user feedback.
- Assist with the implementation and deliver regional solutions
to regional and local offices successfully. Involves working with various teamsacross the organisation to achieve the desired outcome. Proactively participatein the UAT, training and customer rollout activities in the appointed region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Handle small to medium scale project, coordinating with different IT teams and business teams.
Support the production issues.
Communicate with stakeholder in gather requirements and document them into Business Req Documents.
Preparation of presentation to customers and be able to demonstrate products.
Support trainings, create training materials and conduct trainings.
Understanding of the supply chain and logistics.
Technological Product Development
Assist with identifying new business opportunities with new and existing clients
based on research.
Assist with the preparation of client presentation materials and product
demonstration.
Participate in consultation sessions to gather stakeholders’ requirements and
needs, user feedback during review meetings.suggestions to more senior colleagues.stipulated timeframes.
Translate business needs into business requirement definitions. Provide
Support in execution of bite-size actionable plans cascaded down within
Document the whole product development lifecycle and analyze data.
Assist with the development of product collaterals ad materials to support
Commercial development plans and activities.
Communicate updates and product launch features and benefits to clients.
Support the training for various company teams for product familiarization and product launch.
Technological Product Quality Assurance
Actively participate in products evaluations to identify gaps, issues with product
interface, performance and product functionalities and make enhancement toproducts based on market and end-user feedback.
Provide technical inputs on quality gaps to the development team to improve
product quality.
Assist in the preparation of quality testing and follow up with the respective
stakeholders.achieve the ‘optimum’ user experience.product flows.regulations.
Recommend refinements and iterations based on usability testing results to

Assist with solutions implementation within agreed timelines.
Support in service delivery initiatives implementation such as data migration, systems integration testing, UAT and end-user training.
Assist with customer migration plan to seamlessly transition from one system to
another.
Be the first point-of-contact for customers related issues; provide ongoing and
post-implementation support. Route queries to respective stakeholders andfollow up to ensure closure.
Assist in the preparation of product usage guidelines for customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 4 years experience in international supply chain logistics (Import/Export background)
Background experience working in a supply chain and logistics environment and/or shared services/captive business set-up is required
Must have completed a bachelor's degree (specify if there is a specific degree needed)
Has working experience using presentation tools such as Powerpoint, Visio, Project. Has knowledge in Power BI and Tableau.
Has at least 2 years' experience in project management in an international setting.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Proven effective listening skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a global team and matrixed environment
Strong Microsoft office tools experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php41,000.00 - Php51,000.00 per month
