What you’ll do:
This role will provide HR administrative back-office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Cultivate a Positive Work Environment:
Foster an environment that promotes the Eaton’s goals and philosophies.
Encourage continuous improvement through active participation and teamwork.
2. HRMS Data Management:
Perform and facilitate relevant HRMS entry for managers and employees.
Validate HRMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Integrity Maintenance:
Maintain data integrity in the HRMS system.
Ensure the accuracy and security of employee personal records and information.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
Keep and manage employee personal records.
Facilitate the retrieval and reporting of HR-related information as needed.
5. Process Documentation and Improvement:
Contribute to the development of business process documentation.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Employee Engagement:
Drive internal employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engagement strategies.
7. Support HRS Projects and Programs:
Assist in various HRS projects and programs as necessary.
Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions
Strong attention to details.
Must be willing to work on night/rotating shift
Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
