Experience: Typically has 10-15+ years’ industry experience and demonstrated ability to consistently:
Manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications.
Build trusting and productive client relationships;
Produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
Manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion.
Recognized as State authority in the sector.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide operational, technical and business development management of the Country Sub-Sector to support SJ Group’s vision and values.
Manage the Country financial targets of the Sub-Sector and the achievement of the Country Sub-Sector operational plans.
In collaboration with the Sub-Sector, Southeast Asia Director ensure capability development and mobilization of sub-sector resources to support SJ Group’s overall business objectives.
Collaborate with Southeast Asia and Other Country Transport Sector leaders to manage Country based client relationships and achieve sustainable growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activity.
Provide support to the Sub-Sector, Southeast Asia Director and manage activity to transition regional based business model to a global service model.
