Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend and backend development , building scalable web applications, and working with modern frameworks . This is a remote role with a competitive salary range of ₹14.40 LPA to ₹26 LPA .

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React.js)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance, responsive web applications using React.js.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Ensure application scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve application usability.
  
  

Backend Development (Node.js)

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend services.

• Integrate with third-party APIs and cloud services.
  
  

DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
  
  

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  
  

Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ 6 to 12 years of experience in full-stack development .

✔ Proven expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) .

Technical Skills

✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.

✔ Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API .

✔ Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs .

✔ Strong understanding of databases (SQL – PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL – MongoDB, Firebase) .

✔ Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for cloud-based deployments.

✔ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .

✔ Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai .

✔ Experience with GraphQL is a plus.

Soft Skills

✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
