We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst for Philippines operations.

Focus: The Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring financial transactions, managing payroll processes, overseeing government remittances, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compensation Management:

• Prepare corporate payroll bi-monthly.

• Process payroll changes for new hires and leavers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Verify and reconcile monthly and yearly ad hoc, accruals, and allowances related to payroll.

• Prepare payroll journal entries and monitor monthly headcount.

• Review complete payroll accounts for accuracy and update any discrepancies at the end of the month.

• Generate and summarize payroll details monthly.

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll information.

• Calculate and process final pay for resigned and retired employees.

• Maintain reconciliations of general ledger accounts related to payroll.

• Maintain personal records of employees to ensure payroll system updates reflect any changes.

Financial Monitoring & Compliance:

• Monitor and update the Account Receivables Trade schedule bi-weekly.

• Track and manage advances to officers, employees, and suppliers.

• Review and prepare journal vouchers for employee advance liquidation.

• Process cheque vouchers and payments for suppliers and employees.

• Monitor employee benefits, reimbursements, and other claims.

• Oversee and ensure the timely remittance of government contributions and salary loans, including:

• PhilHealth Contributions

• SSS Contributions & Salary Loans

• HDMF (Pag-IBIG) Contributions & Salary Loans

• Prepare Tax Annualization and Certificates of Compensation (BIR Form 2316).

• Monitor employee personal advances and other deductions.

• Attend to employee queries related to bank transactions and government agencies.
