Finance Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial health, manage accounting operations, and lead the finance team in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting transactions, including journal entries and financial documentation.

• Oversee disbursements, including salaries and payments to vendors.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and liquidity management.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, and monthly financial reports.

• Supervise tax returns preparation and participate in financial audits.

• Implement financial controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within the FinTech, banking, or payment system industry.

• BS in Accountancy; CPA certification is preferred.

• Strong experience in IFRS, PFRS, and GAAP accounting standards.

• Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, financial modeling).

• Experience with BSP-registered OPS or similar regulatory environments is a plus.

• Excellent understanding of internal controls, risk management, and tax regulations.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor an accounting team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.
