Overview: Finance Analyst
Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Reporting, the Finance Analyst helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Intercompany Transactions, Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition in compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and approval of manual journal entries.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation, and investigate unreconciled items.
Perform variance analysis between current month results vs. prior month, prior quarter and prior year.
Prepare loose-leaf books required for submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Assist the Accounting Manager in preparing submissions/filings to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
Process and track equipment Farm-in/Farm-out, in compliance with PEZA regulations. Ensure completeness of documents to support the Farm-in/Farm-out equipment recorded (ie security bonds, warranty certificate, etc.).
Prepare and submit various PEZA, BIR and SEC reports within the given deadline.
Assist in providing external and internal auditors the information they require to complete the audit.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
Strong analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Can easily adapt to changing requirements and demands of the business
Task-oriented and must be able to work beyond regular office hours if required
Proficient in Excel (minimum intermediate level), especially lookups and pivot tables.
Proficient in MS Office.
