POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: COUNTRY MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
SUPERVISE: JUNIOR ANALYST/ JUNIOR PROJECT COORDIANTOR / PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
To support strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working. To support in engaging stakeholders and have continuous visibility of projects. To support in defining and employing standardized process for effective execution of projects.
Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
· Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons
· Research, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns addressed, including sensitive or confidential nature
· Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
· Provide a bridge for smooth communication between projects and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university
- Any certifications in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience
- Prior internships in Consulting firm, Private Equity or Investment firm, Banking, Start up
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic PowerPoint, Excel and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of business management best practices
- Detailed-oriented & impeccable organizational skills
- Flexible and willing to work on different project

- Great oral & written communication skills, good speaker, and ability to write clear, concise emails & presentations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
