JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Obtain bachelor's degree in any engineering or technical field from a reputable college or university and possessing a valid PRC license or its equivalent is a must.
Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience in the construction management of vertical and horizontal types of development.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence, good leadership skills.
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
JOB SUMMARY
Lead the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to bring residential units to Full Acceptance (FA) status.
Assist the Project Management Assistant Manager/Project Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project.
As frequently required, prepare the necessary report with regard to the status of residential units.
Reports to: Project Management Senior Manager/Project Management Manager
Coordinate with the engaged External Construction Management and contractor representative/s (in the absence of the Project Management Manager) & other project staff
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per work day.
This role provides crucial support to senior project managers by handling project close-out documentation, conducting site inspections, and assisting with the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental compliance programs.
Provide actions on turn-over to BTG & CRM issues raised by the SAP/CRM coordinators.
