Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design & Content Development
Design visually appealing creatives, including banners and product images, for listings and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for digital ads and social media platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging and aesthetics across all e-commerce content.
2. Product Listing Creation & Optimization
Create and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Carousell.
Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Ensure all product information (pricing, features, specifications) is accurate and regularly updated.
Continuously improve listings using performance data and customer feedback to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
3. Product & Data Management
Maintain and update the product master list with accurate and up-to-date details for all listings.
Monitor and adjust product data to reflect market trends, sales performance, and competitor strategies.
Keep detailed records of cost structures, margins, and product performance.
4. Competitor Analysis & Market Insights
Conduct regular competitor analysis to evaluate pricing strategies, product features, and promotional tactics.
Monitor market trends and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
5. Profitability & Costing Analysis
Analyze product performance, profitability, and margins to support pricing decisions.
Develop and maintain pricing models that balance market competitiveness and business profitability.
Assist in cost breakdowns for new product launches and updates to existing products.
6. Reporting & Strategy Development
Prepare and present reports on product performance, profitability, and trends for decision-making.
Track and manage budgets for product categories and campaigns, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce content creation, product management, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating visuals.
Analytical mindset with experience in data management, profitability analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Carousell.
Quantitative-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Process-driven, organized, and capable of developing and following efficient workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges with creative and practical solutions.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Experience in competitor analysis and market research is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
