Job Description


The E-commerce Account Associate is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company’s online sales channels, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and the in-house web store. This role oversees all aspects of e-commerce operations and account management, ensuring alignment with overall sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple platforms while optimizing the customer journey.







Key Responsibilities







E-commerce Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s e-commerce presence.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting) to support campaigns, promotions, and inventory management.

  • Monitor and manage platform for accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and financial reporting.

  • Lead initiatives to improve user experience and customer satisfaction on the web store and third-party platforms.

  • Analyze sales data, platform performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans.







Account Management

  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platform representatives (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), negotiating terms, commissions, and promotional opportunities.

  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with platform guidelines.

  • Monitor account health, customer ratings, and reviews to maintain platform reputation.

  • Handle escalations related to order issues, disputes, and platform policy compliance.

  • Coordinate with enablers for fulfillment services as needed and ensure alignment with platform requirements.


Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management or account management.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, web stores) and their operational requirements.
