Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead B2B partnerships and drive end-to-end product development until market launch. This role requires a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including events, fandom communities (K-pop, music, gaming, etc.), and ticketing. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in business development, product development, and go-to-market strategy. Experience in ticketing aggregation and technology-driven solutions is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies to expand the company’s presence in entertainment, events, and ticketing.

• Lead the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.

• Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders in K-pop, music, gaming, and fandom events to build strategic alliances.

• Drive revenue growth through innovative business models, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.

• Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to develop and launch new solutions.

• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to shape product and business strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with event organizers, ticketing platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.


Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business development and product development, ideally in entertainment, ticketing, or tech-driven industries.

• Strong network in events, fandom communities, and ticketing ecosystems.

• Proven track record in B2B partnerships, product innovation, and go-to-market execution.

• Experience in ticketing aggregation, live events, or digital entertainment platforms is a major plus.

• Knowledge of technology-driven business models is a plus.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
