Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy with clear marketing objectives and KPIs for the company.

  • Plan and control the digital marketing spend by allocating budgets to different channels for target market expansion.

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to convert and retain customers.

  • Identify and evaluate digital marketing campaign opportunities in sem through SEO to generate new leads and maximize the return on investment.

  • Develop new customer acquisition programs that would drive traffic to the website and social media and achieve returns on Ad spend (ROAS).

  • Monitor, analyze, and report social media analytics, budgets, campaign performances, and ROAS to the management with actionable recommendations.

  • Analyze the result and effectiveness of SEM campaigns with the help of an external agency to deliver actionable insights and recommendations on the most effective digital formats and investment.

  • Develop the corporate brand identity of the company to build customer loyalty and establish brand engagement.

  • Collaborate with company departments on new and innovative growth strategies to ensure campaigns meet organizational goals.

  • Establish collaboration with influencers who can drive orders, spread positive word of mouth, and increase overall brand reach and engagement for lead generation.

  • Create and handle contract negotiations with influencers, ensure clear scope of work, to ensure alignment on timeline and deliverables.

  • Develop a long-term strategy on how to grow influencer marketing as an acquisition channel for market expansion.

  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on influencers’ results, studying quantitative/qualitative metrics as they contribute to the development of the company.

  • Manage e-commerce seller centers to ensure smooth operation.

  • Develop and manage e-commerce promos, campaigns, and discount schemes for improvement and sales growth.

  • Oversee the customer purchase transactions, with regard to pricing and fulfillment, order tracking, customer notifications, and order processing and payment with the help of the sales department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

  • With 3 to 5 years work experience in a related field.

  • Strong project management skills, and analytic skills, innovative, adaptive, and willing to learn, written and oral communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Communication

  • Fundamentals of Digital Marketing - Google digital garage
