Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to handle social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other departments to ensure consistent branding.
Manage and optimize paid advertisements on Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
Oversee email marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and advertising tools.
Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
