Job Description:
As a CSR at Resume Inc., you will manage a portfolio of existing clients – job seekers awaiting resume and education certificate verification. Your primary role is to guide clients through completing their subscriptions and ensure retention for a full 12 months. This position requires you to build strong relationships with clients, effectively communicate the value of our services, and support them throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing job seeker clients

• Verify resumes and education certificates

• Complete subscription processes and ensure client retention for 12 months

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service

• Meet monthly sales and commission targets

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell and build client relationships

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience; candidates without a sales background may be considered if they demonstrate high energy and a willingness to learn

• No minimum educational qualification required

• Must pass a typing speed and accuracy test, as well as other assessments during the interview process

• The initial 30 days of training and work will be conducted in person, after which you will transition to a work-from-home setup.
