CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR



A Customer Service Administrator oversees the Customer Service department of an organization. It is

their job to monitor accounts, maintain the needs of representatives, and assist with interactions as

related specifically to customer service.



Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email

•              Updating customers with ETA

•              Invoicing

•              Liaising with customers as required or requested by Workshop staff

•              Processing new orders onto our Quickbooks Online system and our Trello Production Scheduling System.

•              Ordering material and adding to Trello

•              Raising PO’s for Strabe

•              Raising PO’s for Bendcraft

•              Ordering Consumables and adding to Trello

•              Following up on orders (material and consumables) which are overdue

•              Checking PO’s have been marked off as received on Trello

•              ADHOC support to Andrew Chambers

•              Coordinating samples/jobs requiring outsourcing e.g. Struktis, Steeltech, etc

•              Dealing with material issues (wrong material delivered, material used for another job, etc.)

•              Quoting freight for sales reps/management in both companies

•              Quoting material for management in both companies

•              Following up customer feedback/complaints ensuring response sent to customer and replacements arranged if required

•              Coordinating third party/outsourced quotes for jobs

•              Advising customers of price updates and following up with them regarding if they wish to continue with their order

•              ADHOC tasks as required to support any of the management teams of both businesses
