Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields. Management courses are also welcomed.
Strong ability to write scripts and create engaging content across various social media platforms.
A dynamic and innovative thinker, eager to contribute new ideas and stay ahead of trends.
Proficient in developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to the social media landscape.
Deep understanding of and experience with platforms like TikTok, X , Instagram, and YouTube, with a keen sense of platform-specific language and strategies.
Experience
Demonstrated expertise in content creation, social media management, and driving online brand growth.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics to optimize content reach and performance.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills for clear and effective content creation and collaboration.
Skilled in managing video shoots, scripting, and coordinating with creative teams to produce high-quality content.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and content monetization strategies to drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
Familiarity with K-pop and Filipino pop culture, particularly relevant for engaging PULP Group of companies' audience.
Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media scheduling platforms to track performance and adjust strategies.
