The Digital Content Creator Assistant Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing high-quality digital content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness, and leveraging analytics to refine content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Research industry-related topics to create informative, engaging, and appealing content.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop and implement content strategies across digital platforms.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization.
Create engaging and brand-consistent content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, and other digital channels.
Manage and oversee social media content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Monitor feedback, online conversations, and engagement metrics to inform content creation and improve performance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and content strategies to maintain relevance.
Utilize analytics tools to measure content effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
Ensure adherence to copyright and privacy laws in all content creation and distribution efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling techniques.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms for advertising, engagement, and brand promotion.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Must be willing to work onsite, daily in Pasay City .
