We are looking for a Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist who will oversee construction projects remotely while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines
Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams in different locations
