We are looking for a Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist who will oversee construction projects remotely while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines

  • Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams in different locations
