Job Title: Collections Manager [EXPERIENCE REQUIRED]

We are a fast-growing BPO specializing in managing subprime lending portfolios. Our mission is to provide financial solutions to underserved markets by offering accessible and responsible credit products while maintaining strong portfolio performance.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Collections Manager to lead our collections team and implement effective recovery strategies.

Position Summary:

The Collections Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring performance targets are met while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing consumer collections teams—preferably in the lending, fintech, or credit card industry—and thrives in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the collections team to achieve and exceed recovery targets.

• Develop and implement strategies for delinquency management and loss mitigation.

• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., delinquency rates, recovery rates, call quality) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including FDCPA and TCPA guidelines.

• Collaborate with risk management and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance borrower outcomes.

• Identify technology improvements and automation opportunities to optimize collection efforts.

• Handle escalated accounts and complex negotiations as needed.

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing collection agents.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in consumer collections (credit card, lending, or fintech experience preferred but not required).

• Proven leadership abilities, including coaching and team performance management.

• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, tools, and compliance regulations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and reporting to drive decisions.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM, collections software, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in subprime lending, fintech, or credit card collections.

Pay: Php160,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends
