Job Title: Virtual Assistant- Client Care Coordinator & Team Assistant (Remote, Cebu-Based Preferred)

Location: Remote (Cebu, Philippines preferred)

About the Role:

Position Overview

We seek a proactive Team Assistant to support pre- and post-settlement processes, enhance client satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual, passionate about customer care, administration, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. You will work closely with clients, financiers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Care & Communication

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing pre- and post-settlement inquiries promptly.

  • Prepare and distribute customer communications (e.g., project updates, property handover details).

2. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain CRM systems, and documentation with high accuracy.

  • Monitor finance approval statuses and follow up with buyers to meet targets.

  • Assist with defect rectification, rebate processing, and membership benefits.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers, property managers (PMs), and internal teams to support the clients

  • Introduce clients to PMs and ensure lease readiness for Investment properties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service (real estate knowledge is a bonus but not a must, full comprehensive training will be provided)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.

  • “Can-do” attitude

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

  • Proficiency with English (both verbal and written)
