Job Description


As a Care Compliance Auditor , you will ensure adherence to Franchise Standards and CQC regulations by identifying non-compliant activities, documents, or record-keeping. You will promptly report compliance gaps to management and oversee action plans to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality care services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Mid Shift (Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite – Makati City

The Qualifications We Seek


  • 3-5 years of experience in care auditing , compliance , quality assurance , or a similar role, preferably in the health or social care sector .

  • Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance standards, and medication guidelines (training provided).

  • Proficiency in care management systems (People Planner training provided) and IT tools, including Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and written English for documentation and reporting.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining compliance.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Resilient, analytical, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.


Your Daily Tasks


  • Identify non-compliant activities, documents, or record-keeping practices.

  • Review daily notes and flag issues requiring Field Care Supervisors' (FCS) attention.

  • Identify and address missed tasks to maintain care standards.

  • Check medication e-MARs for compliance.

  • Review and update care plans to reflect current needs.

  • Oversee training and staff matching for new care professionals.

  • Conduct daily scheduling reconciliations and alert the Operations Manager/Accounts of concerns.

  • Assess CQC inspection readiness monthly, focusing on indexed documents.

  • Conduct rolling compliance audits based on Franchise Standards.

  • Report weekly to Field Care Supervisors, who escalate issues to management.
