• Bachelor's or associate degree in any of the following courses - Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Technology major in Computer Technology, Mathematics major in Computer Science

• With or without related working experience; IT-related OJT and thesis are advantages but not a requirement

• With basic to good knowledge and skills of any programming language (VB, Java, SQL, etc.)

• With basic understanding of SDLC

• Gathers and analyze data and trouble information.

• Implement improvement activities, collaborate with affiliates and mother factories with the objective of ensuring the smooth operation and availability of Manufacturing Systems within the limits of Philippine data privacy regulation and company code of ethics

• Conducts review of requirement and feasibility of requests/improvements, creates over plan and timeline, proceeds development, system testing, user testing and implementation.

• Gathers forecast and identify necessary IT equipment for production use.
