Business Development Representative (BDR) – Philippines (Remote)
Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for cold calling prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with strong communication skills, results-driven mindset, and experience using CRMs (preferably High-Level CRM, but experience in any CRM is acceptable).
Key Responsibilities
· Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage potential clients from a lead list through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest.
· Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify prospects based on defined criteria before setting up sales meetings.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for Sales Representatives with qualified prospects, ensuring they meet target criteria.
· Prospecting & Research: Identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn and other platforms to expand the sales pipeline.
· CRM Management: Maintain and update lead records in the High-level CRM (preferred) or other CRM platforms. Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data.
· Follow-Ups & Nurturing: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
· Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed targets for outreach, meetings scheduled, and qualified meetings held.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in a BPO or sales environment).
· Strong cold calling skills with confidence in handling objections and engaging in meaningful conversations.
· Experience with CRMs, preferably High-level CRM, but other CRM experience such as HubSpot is acceptable.
· Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), and Active Listening
· Organizational Skills, to determine activities and deliverables are on track
· Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
· Strong research skills for prospecting and lead identification.
· Ability to work in US business hours (Night Shift in PH).
