General job description:


1.         The Business Development Manager (BDM) 's task is to develop new clients and system integrators, expand business opportunities, enhance revenue, and focus on the particular vertical and deep running..

2.         The BDM must achieve the target of the assigned business revenue and develop new clients. BDM needs to have a thorough knowledge of the surveillance market, technologies, and solutions.

3.         The BDM must build up good relationships with clients and system integrators, The LILIN is a Service Solution provider.


Job Responsibilities :


1.     Proactively hunting new client opportunities in a responsible market, focused on system integrators & end-users & third-party partners.

2.     Aggressively driving the market to maximize sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

3.     Lead system integrators by setting project quotas, creating sales plans and implementing activities, and providing guidance.

4.     Good ability to provide video surveillance presentations and solutions.

5.     Good team player and must follow up company’s management policy. Work discipline is very important. Driven and self-motivated team player.

6.     Familiar with B2B and B2C sales knowledge and customer oriented.

7.     Regularly update the company's product information and review project status with system integrators and clients.

8.     Strong communication skills, Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

9.     Building strong and sustainable relationships with End-user clients and system integrators.

10. Build up a health project pipeline to make sure that achieve the target.
