Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth in the Philippines market through lead generation, opportunity mapping, and solution selling to senior and mid-level decision-makers across Banks, Fintechs, NBFCs, Rural Banks, and Microfinance .
Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance revenue growth and market penetration.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business decision-making and deal structuring.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing partners while tracking performance metrics and profitability.
Act as a thought leader to boost the digital presence and channel effectiveness of our partners.
What We’re Looking For:
A go-getter with strong connections in the Philippines banking & fintech ecosystem.
12+ years of experience in core banking sales , with a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
Deep knowledge of core banking, lending, and payments products and their applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the country and across the region as needed.
A self-driven professional who can work independently while fostering long-term relationships.
