The ideal candidate is responsible in providing assistance to Business Development Manager to ensure alignment of operating and financial targets. This also includes working closely with the various departments to monitor company performance and draw insights from the operations team, drive analytics, interpret results and proactively participate in the development action plans to address opportunities and shortfalls.
