Job Description
Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
Design and document operations process flow to support operations
Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
At Least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry
Great track record of successful project management is required
Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail andability to prioritize across multiple objects
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
