Competitive Salary: Range from Php50,000 to Php200,000, based on experience and skill.
Work Arrangement: On-site, with only 6-hour collaboration required, plus opportunity to earn remote work credits based on performance

Work Arrangement
Job Type: Full Time, On-site
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core collaboration hours between 9 AM - 4 PM Philippine Time and flexibility to complete tasks remotely outside of collaboration hours
Locations: 17th Floor, Latitude Corporate Center, Mindanao Ave., Brgy Luz, Cebu

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Growth Manager to drive the profitability of our client’s eCommerce brands. You’ll oversee all aspects of growth, from product selection and branding to ads, email marketing, and customer experience. Leading a team of creatives and specialists, you’ll execute strategies to maximize performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decisions, scaling brands, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. You’ll report directly to the CEO and receive mentorship from the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Performance & Profitability
Own the brand’s overall growth, ensuring consistent revenue and profitability.
Optimize product selection, pricing, branding, and advertising strategies.
Analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, profit margins) and make data-backed decisions.
Continuously test and improve landing pages, upsells, and customer experience.
2. Marketing & Advertising Strategy
Oversee Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and other paid channels to maximize returns.
Work with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
Collaborate with the email team to develop and execute campaigns that boost retention and LTV.
Work with the funnel team to optimize conversion funnels, enhance the customer journey, and maximize sales.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination
Lead a team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and marketing specialists.
Ensure all brand-related efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
Must-Have:
3 or more years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and performance marketing.
Proven track record of improving profitability and scaling eCommerce brands.
Leadership experience managing a team and driving performance.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in KPIs, analytics, and decision-making.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience managing 8-figure (USD) eCommerce brands.
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and direct response marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo), landing page builders, and Shopify.
Experience in managing operations beyond marketing, such as product development.
