Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to lead one of our multi-million dollar product portfolios. If you have 2+ years of Amazon Ads (PPC) management experience and are eager to make a tangible impact in full brand management, this role is for you.
You’ll take charge of Amazon PPC campaigns while owning pricing and inventory planning across your product portfolio. Operating at the crossroads of our most critical growth drivers, your work will directly influence the company’s success and bottom line.
Responsibilities
Determine the best pricing, PPC, and listing strategies to maximize profitability and win within product categories.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, PPC, and competitive positioning on a daily basis and take actions as needed to drive sales to targets.
Forecast and manage inventory across ASINs, taking an all-encompassing view of product performance and plans.
Manage PPC performance at a product, campaign, and keyword-level on Amazon Campaign Manager, applying Amazon Ads best practices.
Update on performance drivers in regular leadership meetings, coming prepared to explain root causes, key learnings, and next steps on any issues.
Deep data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and in-house reporting to drive decision-making.
Keen control of the business by meticulously monitoring inputs and outputs, products across your portfolio, margins, and performance metrics.
Effective delegation to our operations team of tasks like one-time data collections, case work, and flat files.
Work collaboratively with other brand managers, sharing learnings and best practices accumulated through management.
Minimum Qualifications
Full English fluency – written and verbal.
At least 2 years of Amazon Ads (PPC) management experience.
Experience with data-driven decision-making in Amazon across pricing, PPC, listing performance, competitive positioning, and planning.
Entrepreneurial (ownership) mindset where company brands are treated as your own.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to leverage our operations infrastructure by delegating tasks to VAs and utilizing in-house tools.
Receptive to feedback and willing to take on new challenges.
Ideal Candidate
Experience managing actual products – their listings, SEO, inventory levels, pricing – paired with full PPC expertise.
3+ years of Amazon Ads (PPC) management experience.
Nice to have
Ran your own business on Amazon.
Experience working at an Amazon aggregator.

Fully remote
You can design your schedule throughout the day, but must be available 8am - 10:30am Eastern US time four days a week and up to 12pm Eastern US time once per week for collaboration as needed.
Annual compensation between $20K and $30K USD depending experience.
