Country Business Lead
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR (subordinate positions if any)
Work together with Southeast Asia (SEA) and Country Business Leader to execute marketing activities as per approved marketing plan to achieve business objectives.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for the implementation marketing activities, work together with SEA and Country Business Leaders to execute marketing activities as per approved marketing plan to achieve business objectives.
Product Manager is responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity. A key component of the Product Manager role is ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with SEA Marketing Manager to ensure implementation of country strategic aims for the brands. Modify plans to suit local country requirements.
Develop deep insights through market research, key opinion leaders’ insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth drivers for Countries.
Use competitor analysis & market research analysis to fine tune region approved selling messages to enhance competitive advantage for Countries.
Establish and work closely with multi stakeholder as: HCP Association, B2B, HCPs, Endocrinologist/Diabetologists, retail accounts, sub-distributors, etc. to implement the action plan and build strong clinical endorsement.
Establish and maintain good relationship with key influencers, opinion leaders and professional organizations necessary to carry out his/ her function for Countries.
Product portfolio management and drive strategy to meet plan and goals.
Support sales team in sales forecast and manage A& P spending including FOC and samples for country.
Collaborate with team members/ agencies to create tactical programs and marketing collateral (e.g. e-detailing brochures, sales verbatims, retail POSMs, clinical product presentations with KOLs;) to reach/impact target customers through multiple touchpoints. Make sure prepare tender technical document as per tender dossiers require, accurate and submit on time.
Coordinate and conduct Diabetes Care product/ sales training/Systems/Procurement as required to sales force in Philippines/SEA.
Work together with Distributors – logistics and regulatory to ensure good supply of regulatory document for selling product (leaflet, IFU, sub-label etc) in proper and timely manner.
Coordinate and execute marketing, advertising, promotional events/campaigns such as symposium in terms of logistics planning and setup e.g WDD events, HCP conferences, hospital Meetings, etc.
Conduct Marketing materials i.e. brochures/leaflets, etc. and submit for promotional review in Veeva.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of 4-year college course
Extensive experience as Brand Manager of good employment standing
Language Skills
Proficient in both English and Filipino (written & spoken)
