We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Amazon Account Manager to join our client's e-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
Handled Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central
Fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews, creating posts, and opening cases
Customer service
Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in Amazon and Walmart Account Management
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, fixing listings, creating posts, and opening cases
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Central
Skills in Adobe Photoshop a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape
